The multifunctional complex combines great number of different entertaining, recreative and sports spaces such as comfortable rooms, fitness and tennis clubs, entertaining center, recreative SPA-center, Victoria restaurant, cafes and bars chain.
Challenge
To increase the loyalty of the native clients and attract foreigners Victoria needed to develop the interactive communication channel.Result
Before the corporate website elaboration MID had conducted complex bench-marking of hotel business sphere. This analysis helped to define trends and competitive advantages of both international and native hotel companies. It resulted in the project idea, combining the world best practices and the unique brand's image.
The main project idea was implemented in corporate web-site that helps to achieve main objectives of the company. Presenting interesting promo materials and trendy graphics, the corporate website helps to increase the clients' loyalty and strengthen the company's image of a leader in the hotel sphere. Besides that, MID added online booking service for clients' convenience.
The corporate website was introduced in 2006. Since then Victoria has changed its strategic direction. At present the complex is more focused on native clients rather than foreigners, proposing them complex services for pleasant leisure.
