Avtogals Company is engaged in providing complex consulting services in auto business and logistics at the territory of Ukraine.
Basing on benchmarking (automobile market and strategies research, audit of trends) the company consolidates statistics and provides detailed market analysis. The analysis results help the company elaborate strategies for its partners' effectiveness.
For over 4 years of its presence at the market the company has successfully developed and introduced several projects for TOYOTA official dealers in Donetsk, Lugansk, Sevastopol and Simferopol. A number of authorized service centers were also established in Donetsk, Lugansk and Mariupol.
Important role in the company's success belongs to its staff owing wide experience in auto business. The future of the company is inconceivable without strong team of professionals. That is why Avtogals invests huge funds in the staff maintenance and development.
Challenge
While planning the company's progress Avtogals came across a very poor communication with the clients as well as necessity to improve its image as a competent consultant in the auto services.Moreover, the dealer centers needed to develop communications with its customers. As all auto-centers were joined with the same idea to become the best company in their sphere, it was essential to show the integrity of the chosen business strategies.
Result
MID helped Avtogals define the main image principles, which are respect for the customers, their loyalty to the company and the success achieved by their trust.
The company's image improvement required emphasizing on the team's competence and guarantee of high-level services to the clients.
This cooperation resulted in the long-term program oriented on support, strengthening and development of the company's recognized image by the interactive means.
We have developed the communication standards for the official TOYOTA dealer centers. They consider both the company's peculiarities and TOYOTA's corporate identity. Besides that MID has implemented unique interactive products and common promotional program for TOYOTA dealer centers. This promotional program is focused on the customers' values and on such important preferences as quality and credibility.
While developing this project we have made the risk assessment to prevent and minimize their affect on the company and its partnership networks.
