Overview
GERC group of companies is one of the fast growing companies in Ukraine that includes several large enterprises of the construction and related industries and renders the full range of services in the construction of real estate.
The main activities of the enterprise are:
- construction project management;
- construction of residential and commercial real estate;
- integrated objects design;
- development.
For 18 years GERC has been implementing lots of major projects in Donetsk, Kiev and Nikolaev. It is successfully engaged in construction of residential buildings of high comfort, and experienced significant progress in the construction of commercial objects. Such objects as wholesale centers Metro Cash & Carry have been builded in Donetsk and Nikolaev within extremely short terms. In Kiev GERC raised the first hypermarket of the French chain stores AUCHAN.
The company's main mission is to create comfortable environment for living and business, delivering construction services that are always in demand. The key success factor is considered to be the company's staff. That is why the enterprise constantly develops and maintains it.
Challenge
For 18 years of successful operating at the market GERC faced the mismatch between the existing communications with its customers and the current status of the company. In order to retain their positions and expand its market segment, GERC needed to improve the brand's image.Result
MID proposed GERC to refresh the logo and create the visual integrity of the corporate production and documentation. For this sake we developed the brand-book with recommendations for documentation, branded products, printing and promotional leaflets performance.
To improve GERC's image by means of interactive communications we have worked out an action program. In the frames of this program MID has developed a unique web-based platform allowing not only to establish communications with customers but also to develop the internal structure of the company by the web-services.
While developing this project MID has made the risk assessment to prevent and minimize their affect on the company.
