Challenge
Not long ago the company faced improvement of competition. Fledgling companies were entering the market with new brands and developed communications with consumers, intensifying the pressure on ASTOR. To hold its position and increase the market segment it was essential for the company to secure its brand.Result
After marketing analysis of the industry MID recommended rebranding. Considering ASTOR's collaboration with foreign partners, we suggested to transliterate the brand name into Latin. The new brand, ASTOR, has come up.
The close cooperation helped us to prioritize the core values of the brand. MID performed a new logo and corporate identity for ASTOR. Thus the company standardized its corporate document management and production. Following this direction ASTOR also branded its equipment and the uniform.
Accurate compliance with the company's specific features and high standards, implemented by MID, helped to create inimitable content. Specially for ASTOR, the leader in its branch, MID has also developed high-level visual standards for the presentation folders. Consequently the enterprise benefited its unique image.
We have also worked out a program to support, strengthen and develop ASTOR's image by means of interactive communications. ASTOR's positioning program is to transparently and appreciably demonstrate the brand's core appeal to its employees, clients and partners.
While developing this project we have considered possible risks and presented a complex of measures to either prevent from risks or minimize their impact on the company's evolution.
